Cancellation & Refund Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your service at the time of treatment. If you cancel, no-show, or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule immediately up to two times without losing your deposit.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file.

Refunds: All sales, deposits, and services are non-refundable. This includes prepaid packages, gift cards, and treatment series. We are committed to achieving optimal results, but outcomes vary based on individual factors outside of our control.

To maintain a healthy environment, we kindly request individuals who are presently ill to refrain from scheduling an appointment. Thank you for understanding.

Please schedule each appointment individually (e.g., filler and Botox) to ensure adequate time for your treatments.

We at Camel City Injector have a strong passion for aesthetics and increasing self-confidence. We find it rewarding to help clients enhance their health, natural beauty, and self-love. Our resident injector, Heather Pullium NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She has obtained her injection certification and completed numerous advanced hands-on trainings. She enjoys her family, traveling, and fine dining in her spare time.

Cancellation Policy **New clients are required to pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit that will go towards their services. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if your appointment is canceled or you no show. Your appointment can be rescheduled UP TO TWO TIMES and your deposit would still go towards the cost of your service. After the appointment has been rescheduled twice, you forfeit the deposit. We sincerely look forward in meeting you.
